Плеер hd223 не видит карту памяти. Карты разных производителей пробовали (kingsnon, sandisk, a-data, transnd), но ничего не помогло. Все логи с плеера скачиваются. Версия прошивки 6.2.138.
На тот момент я установил 8 таких плееров на сайте заказчика, была проблема только с одним.

Dzmitry Kisialiou The hd223 player does not see the memory card. Cards from different manufacturers tried (kingsnon, sandisk, a-data, transend) but nothing helped. All logs from the player are downloaded. Firmware version 6.2.138. At that moment I installed 8 such players on the customer’s site, there was a problem with only one. -
Monica Knutson Does your computer see the Memory card? Perhaps try to reformat the memory card as FAT32 and put the files on again. We had an LS424 that had a memory error and it would not see any memory cards at all. We had to send it back to BrightSign. Last test if you can do the factory reset and do a new setup.

Ваш компьютер видит карту памяти? Возможно, попробуйте переформатировать карту памяти как FAT32 и снова вставьте файлы. У нас был LS424 с ошибкой памяти, и он вообще не видел карт памяти. Мы должны были отправить его обратно в BrightSign. Последний тест, если вы можете сделать сброс до заводских настроек и выполнить новую настройку.
