I am experiencing an issue where I am trying to upload a presentation with a single HTML site however it says error uploading to BrightSign Network. After testing some things I discovered it errors out on the JPG images I had in the images folder for the HTML page. I removed them and left the other PNG's I had and the upload worked is this just a bug? When will this be fixed?
Check the jpg files' names, and sizes.
Make sure that file names are "clean", without any special characters, and that their sizes are not beyond the supported sizes.

Thank you I went ahead and looked at them and noticed they were .jpg files but you guys only support .jpeg files so I changed them to that format. They uploaded just fine but now I am looking at the presentation being displayed on the player and none of the .jpeg files are showing up. None of them are large (10 MB is the largest) I see the download progress and it says they all downloaded I am just not sure why they aren't showing up.
Please disregard my last message I forgot to relink the images in my HTML file they are showing up now thank you for the help.

By size, I meant resolution, or dimensions. 10MB for a jpg, seems on the heavy side. Are the image dimensions within supported formats?
