Anyone else experiencing serious lag with uploading presentations, accessing schedules and the like with BrightSign Network? The lag is very long.
Checked my speedtest and am still humming along on every other website.

John Evans Yes, I am having the same problem today. Using both Safari and Chrome everything is very slow to respond. In Chrome I waited over 2 minutes after clicking "log in" and nothing ever happened.

Monica Knutson I have been uploading a presentation (15 KB)... that includes 1 1280x800 black PNG (4 KB), two states using the same black PNG, for eleven minutes now. It's literally less than 1 MB. Sooooooo slow. Give it time, it eventually connects. But go get a coffee first.
Update: It just erred out. Yay, here we go again...

"The BrightSign Network service is currently experiencing a higher-than-normal load and site/service response time is slower than normal.
BrightSign Network login and management functions are currently impacted.
If you are in the process of uploading or publishing, please be patient. Do not repeat the process unless you receive an error message.
We are working to address the issue and will update you with more information soon."
