Image transition XD1033 not working

Hi,

today I spend a lot of time to get image transition working with a XD1033.

My setup:

  • XD1033 FW: 8.0.48
  • Potrait orientation
  • UHD png files with 2160x3840 pixel

The images are show, but only hard switching between images is possible. What can I change to get it working?

    I'm having the same trouble on XD1034 with 3840x2160 UHD JPEG images. 

    No matter what I try I can't get a fade between images.. any solution to this?

    Full Resolution images is a special case.

    When a BrightAuthor project is created at 4K, the Full Res graphics option should be enabled.

    Make sure you are using most recent firmware version.

    There is no option for full resolution graphics on XD1034.

    Sorry, you are correct. XD1034 is limited in comparison to the XT players.

    Is converting images to video an option? That might provide a workaround.
