Video wall, but not Brightwall

Can I make a videowall, akin to a Brightwall were I take a video and the player will display only a portion of it ?   But I don't want to use a brightwall, so I can apply other commands to the presentation

    You could do this using html and javascript. You can also try using the resize zone feature to change the starting x and 1 of the zone so only some of the visible zone is onscreen.
