I was able to connect an Arduino to an LS423 but it's not working with the LS424. Is there something about that hardware change that should prevent it from working?

Monica Knutson What did you connect on the LS424 to the Arduino?
Are you using Ethernet / UDP? If so, check your UDP ports.
Are you using GPIO? Confirm your listening for the correct dry contact action.
What is your Firmware version?
Side note: We have found that the LS424 USB-C port is a bit sketchy, so be sure you are using the supplied BrightSign power supply and cord. The LS424s do NOT have a supercapacitor in them and may have unexpected results with day-parting and schedules unless it's connected to the internet. Time does not save on the LS424s.
