Not sure if this is the right place to post this. Please advise.
Using BrightAuthor:connected I'm configuring a few HD224 units to use wifi for content updates. Under the device setup and network properties the wifi ssid and password are set. When all configurations are finished and it's updated to the units I am unable to connect with them via wifi. Connecting them via ethernet works. When I go into the diagnostics section and run a network diagnostics the "wifi" sections shows that no essid is set.
Any recommendations?
