XT1144 frame delays when starting 4k content

Hi BrightBrains, hope someone can help me here. We have rendered several examples of 4K content. When we copy it on an SD card without using Brightauthor, the content starts with no frame delays. But when we use Brightauthor and we start the content automatically on boot or with an external trigger, the first 5 to 8 seconds are having massive frame delays. 

Can anybody tell me what could be the issue?

    You should submit this issue to support along with a copy of the brightauthor presentation, firmware info, and a copy of the system log of the player. Also, a video of what the playback issue is would be helpful.
