Hi, i'm working with a BS XD1030 connected to a led display.
The display is way too far from the control room, therefore we had to connect it vía fiber optic. But the problem is that we can't connect brightsign to the local network, even though we are actually able to connect to the internet on my laptop and other devices. The only one that's not detecting the connection to the network is the BrightSign player.
Can anybody help me?
