Can someone tell me what is the difference between "Zone message" and "Link zones" please ?

Alex Official comment Link zones can only be used with images and videos, and is recommended when you want synchronization between zones. So, if the content is changing in zone 1, and you want content in zones 2 and 3 to change at the same time.
You can send zone messages from one zone to another. And, content playback would be close to each other. But, when you use link zones, the application tries to make sure the linked content starts at the same time. There's no such attempt with zone messages.
