BrightWall Stretch not working and all screens playing the same content

Hi, I have a custom sized video wall made up of 10 screens that for testing I have done as 4 W and 2 H.
The actual wall when set up will be - Column 1: 2H Column 2: 3H Column 3: 3H Column 4: 2H.

We are using LS425 players, the screens resolutions are 1280*1024 and the players are set up for this resolution when setting up the brightWall configuration.
All players on a local network via a switch

The problem I'm having is that when I set up my video wall configuration as stretched and set it to scale to fill the video isn't stretching across all the screens and is just playing the same video across all screens.

Is there something I'm missing or does this stretch feature just not work how I want it to?

Any help would be much appreciated.

It’s not behaving the way you expect because in BrightWall, the “stretch” (or scale to fill) setting only affects how content fits within a single player’s output, not how it distributes content across multiple players. If each LS425 is showing the full video, it usually means the wall hasn’t been configured as a synchronized, spanned video wall layout properly.
