XT1143 & Viewsonic IFP110 touch calibration issue

We've just installed a new display, the Viewsonic IFP110 Viewboard. Running a pretty simple presentation from an XT1143 that has four touch zones. The touch calibration when running this presentation is terrible. In the upper left hand corner of the display it is pretty close, but it drifts to as much as 4 or 5 inches off at the lower right hand corner of the display.

Touch calibration on the display is 100% accurate when using any other device/input.

The display is 3840x2160 @ 60hz, as is my presentation.

Any suggestions to fix are welcome.

    Hello,
Given the Viewsonic IFP110's accurate touch calibration with other inputs and the XT1143's specific issue with significant touch drift, the problem likely lies with the XT1143's output scaling or how it's interacting with the display's touch layer. Try ensuring the XT1143's display settings are precisely matching the IFP110's native resolution (3840x2160) and refresh rate (60Hz) without any overscan or underscan. If that doesn't resolve it, experiment with different HDMI cables, check for updated drivers or firmware for the XT1143, or investigate if the XT1143 has its own touch calibration utility that needs to be run for multi-zone setups.
