LS425 CEC functionality in offline mode

Hello everyone,

I have a LS425 which is offline and turned on and off by its power adapter connected with a timer switch. The video signal goes via HDMI to a projector which supports CEC functionality and is set to be turned on and off by the HDMI video signal.

Unfortunately it does not work. So my question is: Does the LS425 send the CEC commands automatically, or do I have it to program that with brightAuthor?

And what are your experiences  with CEC and HDMI cables? Is it necessary to explicit look for this functionality in the description?

    Hello,

    No, the LS425 does not send HDMI-CEC commands automatically just by being turned on. You have to explicitly configure it to send CEC commands. ForemostPayOnline
