BA Connected won't save Notes for BrightSign

BA Connected Version: 1.63.2
BS Player: XD1034
Firmware: 8.5.64

In the past, I have been able to create notes for a BS player in BA Connected.  This way, my coworkers know how the player works without hunting too deep.

I am no longer able to save the notes.  There really isn't a save button.  When I click off of it, the notes disappear.  Even if I do a refresh on my players, the notes are gone.  I have been able to rename the BS player and enter a description; just the notes won't save.
