IR input RC1002 issue with BA & BA:Connected

Hi, 

A customer is trying to make work an RC1002 with a XD235. Using BrightAuthor they can make it work but they can´t use the number buttons, as they can´t be used as a command.

But using the BA:Connected, which allows you to send that numbers, it doesn´t work. We tried changing the configuration but no way.

They also wanted to work with the Interactive Menu, but it´s not added to the BA:Connected

 

Any advise on this?

    We can look into that for you. What type of infrared receiver are they using?
