HTML5 full screen presentation has black/gray border

Hello!

Why HTML5 full screen presentation 1920x1080 px has black/gray border. BRIGHTSIGN HD4 (border approximately 30 mm).

    When i've made any HTML5 presentations I also make sure I change the default background colour from black. This may be your issue.

    Brightauthor:

    File > Presentation properties > Main > Background screen colour

    BA:Connected:

    Presentation settings > Presentation > Display > Background colour

    Yes i made black background in Garden Gnome Object2VR! That can be double issue?!
