MRSS download loop with larger files

I have many units that are happily able to download/play a single video via MRSS feed, the videos being ~1GB in size. As soon as I have a video that is 2GB, the player will download the file (We see the file being downloaded on the SD card), finish the download, then promptly delete the temporary file and try again. It does this until we change the file back to the prior one. This happens with many different files. All of the files work properly if placed directly on the player using Bright Author. The SD cards are not full. We've tried low (3) and high (180) TTL on the MRSS feed without any difference. 

Does anyone have any tips on how to have it be compatible with larger files?

  Where are the MRSS and media file hosted? BSN or elsewhere?

  Check the feed's XML and make sure that all seems correct. Can you share it here?

  What file system is the SD card formatted to?

  The files and feed are hosted locally so sadly I cannot give a direct link to it but can provide the feed XML, see below. The card is FAT32 formatted.

  It's like clockwork, we see the file appear with a `.xfer` file extension, it grows up to the expected size, sits there for a bit, and then the size falls back down to zero and the process starts over again.

  duration="5" seems strange but the log might provide a clue about the reason for restarting the download.

  Seems like something to email support about.

  While you wait for support to reply you could also try ExFAT. Theoretically FAT32 should work fine but wouldn't hurt to try ExFAT.
