XC4055 1x3 monitors better to use single video file or multiples?

Working on an upcoming project where I want to send content to three 4K monitors in a 1x3 arrangement.  For those who have tried this thing before, is there any benefit to rendering the 2 minute source video as separate 4K files versus making an 8K canvas and rendering the content as a single tiled image?  I should be able to split 4k windows out to the monitors in BA either way, just wondering if there's a preferred methodology for this.  Guessing that file read data rates could be a factor, but unsure if the 4055 hardware cares at this level.

    I'd always prefer to work with a single file vs. multiple.

    The multi HDMI outputs players make it very easy.

    Are you looking to create a video-wall effect where a single image is spanned across multiple monitors?

    Here is a tip; you don't have to author the full 8K frame. You can play files with smaller frame size.

    Stacked

    3840 x ( 3 * 2160 ) -> 3840 x 6480px

    In-Line

    ( 3840 * 3 ) x 2160 -> 11520 x 2160px

    It's an effect built into scenery.  Will have three monitors in a row with some space between them.

    Good call on the custom frame size.  We'll go with that and I'll have the video team render as a single file.  Thanks!
