Simple File Networking to a Image Folder

Hi, have several brightsign players setup with simple file networking to a locally hosted web server. I can publish a presentation to that folder and it works great so I know my connection is good. I would like to be able to create a "watch folder" for images and videos for the player. In other words I would like the brightsign player to only play what images and videos are in that folder and for us to be able to drag new images and take out old ones as we go. Is this possible? This would help us to not have to create a new presentation everytime we wanted to update a picture on the tv.

Thanks!

MRSS Feed might be helpful as well as MRSS Generator.

You'd need a machine on the local network that makes media files available over http.

The "hot folder" would be somehow monitor for file changes.

Upon file change, the MRSS batch would get executed.

The player periodically would detect the change and download the media over http.

    Hopefully that helped :)
