I want to play 3 videos synchronously, in the Presentation Properties the property Master and Slave is assigned. Before the vidoes start synchronously, there should be an idle mode, a simple image that waits for an input command, e.g. keyboard or touch. Is it necessary to assign a synchronous command to the idle image or is the general setting in the presentation properties for the synchronicity also sufficient for the idle mode?

Bright Scripters There is no need to synchronize images.
With that said, you might want to consider use of a video file in the idle state, in order to prevent monitor burn-in.
Idle video instead of idle image would allow you to use synchronization as with other videos.
