Audio Problems on HD1010

I've got some video clips i'm using, and as far as I know i've got them exactly as they need to be... (MPEG-2 TS, MP3 Audio 32 kbps). I'm seeing video, but getting nothing as far as audio. Is there something wrong with it or am I doing something wrong? Also, I can't get it to recognize a VGA screen... it will only work with Component (havent tried HDMI). Thanks!

If you haven't already done so, please update to 3.1 software on our website.

Also, if that's not working, I'd like to get a sample video, and I would like you to try mpeg1 layer II or III audio.

ok... I installed the update. It is showing the video and audio in the demo versions that I downloaded off the site, but none of my videos have any audio... could I send you a video to make sure that i have the format correct? I have MPEG-2 Transport Stream, so i'm not sure what I need to do... I even changed the name of the video files to match the names in the demo csv file to make sure it wasnt something in the program...

If you have the unit connected via vga or hdmi the unit should auto configure for a supported resolution. If you just copy some files to a flash card, and put nothing else on the card, does the unit play via vga?

You can upload a video to our ftp site using the directions below:

Enter this site in Internet Explorer or ftp software:

    1. ftp://www.rokulabs.com

    2. Enter the login name and password

    User: ftppublic

    Pass: RokuPublic357

If you have internet explorer, follow the directions on the page to view the site using

    windows explorer

-click on the "page" menu on the right side of the window, and

choose the option to view in explorer. It might take a minute to come up.

I cannot get it to recognize VGA at all for anything. None of the demos or anything. All I can get to work is component (I havent tried HDMI - I dont have anything that supports it yet)

I'll post a video up on there. Thanks...
