Syncing HD223 Players

Hello!

I'm trying to synchronize three BrightSign HD223 players. We have three videos, of the same exact time length, exported through bright author, and taking in consideration the settings of adobe media encoder that are shared in the following link:

https://brightsign.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/218067117-How-do-I-use-Adobe-Media-Encoder-to-create-compatible-H-264-video-files-

When we place the micro sd cards in the players, the players and the projectors are not triggered and do not play the sources nor the media. We can see a ruptured brightsign logo that appears only one of the sources.

I've been trying to understand what the issue might be. Any clue? My guess is that it has to do either with some error I am doing in formatting of the cards, or perhaps the card themselves can't handle synchronization. Note- the h223 did play the media when i tested it, before having the cards re-formatted through brightauthor for the sync.

I also reformatted the micro sd cards as Fat 32.

Here are the cards that I am using:

any help is appreciated !

What are you putting on the sd cards to do the sync? can you send a screenshot of the card contents. IF you just see the logo screen, then the player doesn't see the content you're trying to play.

If you're using brightwall, and you did a publish to the hard drive for each sd card, did you accidentally copy the screen folders to the sd card? when you publish each card locally, you get screen1, screen2, etc folders. But when you copy to the sd card, you want the contents of the folder copied, not the screen# folder itself.  The player is looking into the root of the sd card for the script and schedule it's looking to play. If they're all in a folder, then they're not seen.
