I'm having trouble attempting to replace an older ELO E2239L that had been running fine on an HD1020 until it failed. The new E2294L plays the video content just fine, but the touch areas operate upside down. Touch areas at the top of the screen are activated in the corresponding area at the bottom. Likewise, touch areas at the bottom are activated at the top. Running with a normal (non-touch) monitor and using a mouse results in the same issue.
This is complicated by the fact that the company that I had worked with on the project and authored this exhibit (while I authored others at the facility) may have used a different version of Brightauthor than I have..
I've tried a number of solutions including locating the files with their Sha1 names and processed them to invert the videos which play as expected with several different media players in Windows. I then replaced the original files with the inverted. Some play inverted as expected, but some play right-side-up or just black.
Finally, I decided to re-author but using BA version 4.3 (the earliest version I have) causes the HD1020 running FW 4.4.44 to cyclically reboot. I'm a bit nervous at this point updating the firmware since I fear other unexpected results. Is there a BA version that I should be using instead of 4.3?
